2-3 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c soy sauce
4 green onions chopped
1 large chunk fresh ginger, crushed
3 crushed garlic cloves
Marinate chicken for up to 6 hours..throw on BBQ (or George Foreman grill) until cooked through. Serve over rice with veggies.
