Really Easy Diced Tomato Chicken Pasta


Chicken Pasta

4 chicken breasts, thawed, sliced into strips, and coated in flour
Some minced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
Pasta

Heat 1 Tbsp Olive oil over medium/high heat and cook garlic for 1 minute. Put in chicken and brown on both sides (takes about 3 minutes per side). Pour in tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve over pasta.

just thought i'd let people know that i tried this and found it really great. the flavor on the chicken was really excellent. i think next time chuck and i would add another can of tomatoes, just to make it a little more saucy. but really good! thanks again michelle!
