Summer Strawberry Cake


Cake

1 white cake mix
1 6oz. strawberry yogurt
¾ cup water
3 egg whites
1/3 cup applesauce

Frosting
1 6oz. strawberry yogurt
1 8oz. tub cool whip
sliced strawberries

Make cake mix using yogurt, water, egg whites, and applesauce. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.
For frosting, combine yogurt with whipped topping. Spread on cake and top with strawberries. Keep chilled until served.

as blackberries were on sale this week, we tried it with them. (yoplait makes a blackberry yogurt.) it was another winner! i'm loving this cake, linda.
