For any of you who have ever eaten at Benihana and loved their salad dressing, try this. It's super close.
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. oil
2 T. rice wine vinegar (or white)
1 T. water
1 T. chopped ginger root
1 T. celery
1 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 t. tomato paste
1 1/5 t. sugar
1 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
