YUM. <br /><br />one thing: i had only made granola once before and i burned it. i think it's because i waited for it to be crispy before taking it out of the oven. but when i take this out after the 75 minutes, it's still slightly soft. but it hardens fast. so don't overcook it.<br /><br />p.s. i made it once with strictly honey and then once with 1/2 honey and 1/2 maple syrup. great either way. i'm sure all syrup would be just as fantastic - if you like syrup of course.emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16851724110244921772noreply@blogger.com
